Versluys Groep, a leading construction company based in West Flanders, has officially commenced construction on the much-anticipated Twist Tower in Antwerp’s Eilandje district.
The development is poised to become a new landmark on the Antwerp skyline, as announced by the company on Friday.
The Twist Tower, designed to stand as a symbol of modern architectural excellence, will soar to 23 floors and feature 90 high-end apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.
The tower will also boast top-tier amenities, including a swimming pool, catering to residents seeking both comfort and luxury in the heart of the city.
Located at the marina of Kempisch Dok, the tower enjoys a prime position in Antwerp’s rapidly evolving Eilandje district. Its proximity to key landmarks such as the Ziekenhuis aan de Stroom (ZAS) hospital and Park Spoor Noord further solidifies its desirability.

The necessary building permit for the project was secured some time ago, with the land for the development having been sold by Eurostation, the former real estate arm of Belgian Railways, to Antwerp property developer Immpact and Versluys Groep.
