Caribbean: Following the Russian military's invasion of Ukraine, the United Nations General Assembly voted in favour to rebuke Russia by imposing several significant sanctions on the European country. This league has now also been joined by the Caribbean countries in solidarity with the Ukrainian population.
The representatives of the European Union Member States have made the decision that the European Union should examine the applications that have been submitted by the government of Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova to become the members of the EU in the light of Russia's full-scale military operation.
In Germany, the individuals travelling from a maximum of nine European Union or Schengen Area countries and the Schengen Area countries will now be allowed to travel to Germany under the ease the rules from 27 February as the authorities have made the decision to release them from the high-risk list.
