WATERLOO – The 2025 edition of the globally renowned ‘Dinner in the Sky’ will be held over the historic Waterloo battlefield from 22 May to 22 June, organisers announced on Friday.
The fourteenth edition of the prestigious gastronomic event will highlight five female chefs and showcase the talents of several young culinary artists.
As in previous editions, guests will be treated to an exquisite fine-dining experience while seated at tables suspended high above the ground.
Over the course of 32 days, 32 distinguished chefs will take turns preparing unique dishes for diners seeking a blend of luxury, thrill, and haute cuisine.
Spotlight on Female Chefs
The organisers have placed a special emphasis on female talent for the 2025 edition, featuring five accomplished chefs from across Belgium. The line-up includes:
- Stéphanie Thunus of Au Gré du Vent
- Isabelle Arpin of L’Auberge de Leignon
- Marie Trignon of La Roseraie
- Mélanie Englebin of Cecila
- Manon Schenck of La Table de Manon
