MEP Radan Kanev reshares the update of Nadezhda Yordanova, highlighting the second chance for business and more freedom for the Bulgarian entrepreneur.
As per the update, the National Assembly adopted long-awaited changes to the Trade Law that address key groups related to volatility and stability production and creates a new type of company with working capital to stimulate start-up innovative companies today.
Bulgaria is also making an important step on our road to the Eurozone in addition to a commitment to the Recovery and Sustainability Plan and the changes made.
MEP Kanev took to his official Facebook account to highlight the initial steps taken by the Bulgarian Government, which are mentioned below:
- improving the effectiveness of the legal framework of insolvency by achieving speed
- reducing court fees
- increasing the efficiency of cashing out assets
- limiting the evil behaviour of parties
- enhancing the activity of unions etc.
According to the creditors and the court-approved stabilization plan, It also prevents the insolvency of traders at risk of default by restructuring their enterprise and continuing its operations.
As per the reports, for the first time in Bulgaria, the changes also apply to the insolvency production of individuals to entrepreneurs for whom stabilization and liability production have been used.
Additionally, creating a new type of company with working capital to provide competitive conditions for starting innovative companies in Bulgaria is more management flexibility and efficiency and less administrative burden.
