Forest, Belgium: Union Saint Gilloise ranks top in the Belgian Pro League with 19 points. Yesterday, on Matchday 9, Les Unionistes defeated club Charleroi by 3-1 and gained another three points with three wins, 1 loss and 1 draw in their last five games.
At Stade Joseph Marien, the home ground of club Union Saint Gilloise, Ross Sykes, the 24-year-old English footballer, scored the opening goal in 17th minute, providing his team an early lead.
Cameron Puertas, the Swedish, took the free kick. He delivered a fascinating delivery that turned into a goal by Sykes with an astonishing header.
The equalizer from Charleroi came in 28th minute. Parfait Guiagon, the Ivorian footballer, scored a beautiful goal dribbling through Gilloise’s defence. He did an excellent finishing putting the ball into home team’s nets.
