Prosecutors in Berlin have accused the doctor of using his position to secretly administer dangerous drugs to his victims, ultimately causing their deaths. The doctor, whose identity remains undisclosed due to strict privacy laws in Germany, is alleged to have killed 12 women and three men between September 2021 and July 2024
