Brussels Mobility has announced that Car-Free Sunday will return on 21 September, marking the end of Mobility Week with a focus on inclusive and sustainable urban transport
This initiative, which forms the grand finale of the region's Mobility Week, will see vehicles banned from the city streets for the entire day, from 09:00 to 19:30. The aim is to encourage sustainable transport and promote environmental awareness
All metros, trams, and buses on the network of public transportation provider STIB in Brussels will be entirely free of charge on the annual Car Free Sunday on September 18.
