Belwest - a Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce serving thirteen western US states, felt proud to celebrate the Belgian Director Olivier Hero Dressen, who received an important prize for his outstanding achievement with his new short film "The Black Box". He won the grand prize at the 8th Annual Stage 32 Short Film Program at the 2023 HollyShorts Film Festival.
