According to the Central Tibetan Administration, the Secretary General of the Japan Buddhist Conference for World Federation, Mizutani Eikon, has denounced China for interfering in the choice of Tibetan incarnate Lamas and claiming the right to name the 14th Dalai Lama's reincarnation.
