Liège is celebrating its first-ever Bike Week from 24 to 30 March, a week-long event aimed at promoting cycling in all its forms. Organised by three specialist bike shops—Pro Vélo, CycloLibre, and Kaméo Bikes—the initiative features numerous events, including seven major bike rides catering to different levels of cyclists.
The festivities commenced on Monday morning with an awareness campaign along the Meuse quays, where organisers distributed flyers and provided breakfast to cyclists. The initiative was designed to engage residents and encourage more people to consider cycling as a daily mode of transport.

The official launch took place on Monday evening at B3, the Creativity and Resource Centre of the Province of Liège, with a special film screening focused on cycling culture and urban mobility.
